Sound Bath for Total Relaxation

Join your Gnomies for a night of deep, transcendental relaxation and self-healing. Lose yourself in your personal creative space as you are bathed in the tactile vibrations of drums, gongs and crystal bowls. Always wanted to have a giant Tibetan bowl played directly on your body?  Your time has come!  All participants will also be receiving a yummy taste of Reiki healing by one of our Reiki Masters.

Please note that you will be lying on the floor for an extended period of time. We encourage you to bring anything that will help to make you comfortable. A yoga mat, blanket/s and something to support your head would be good choices. Wear warm socks since we will be removing our shoes. These items will help keep you warm and comfy throughout the event!
