While The Yoga Gnome is mainly a kids studio, we couldn't resist offering classes to our adult community who are kids at heart after all :) The Yoga Gnome adult classes offer an exploration of the 8 limb path of yoga, emphasizing yoga as a holistic way of life, and not just a workout. Each class consists of poses (asanas) breathing (pranayama) practices, meditation, and relaxation, sprinkled with yoga philosophy and food for thoughts. Whether it's a prenatal class or a yoga flow, the classes can be modified to all levels of participants, so even if the students have no previous experience with yoga, they will be supported and taken care of.

As the inspirational Yogi, B.K.S. Iyengar has wisely said, "Yoga is a light which once lit will never dim. the better your practice the brighter your flame".
At the Yoga Gnome, we are committed to helping you practice, so you can
not just enjoy the benefits of yoga but shine brighter!
