The Yoga Gnome kids classes offer a complete, age-appropriate Yoga practice including stretching and strengthening poses (asanas), breathing (pranayama) instruction, relaxation techniques, and meditation. The classes are filled with music, games, laughter, and imagination! The secret “ingredient” is playfulness, keeping your child motivated, excited, and moving all while having fun.

These are not your typical adult yoga classes – it’s “real” yoga but in a kid-friendly way that gets children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping, limbo-ing, and storytelling all while practicing Yoga. We tailor our classes to the ages of the participants- older kids are offered more “grown-up” yoga with challenging flows and poses, while little ones often need to move their bodies and switch between activities a little faster.

Baby and Me Yoga
(6 weeks - crawling babies)

Baby Yoga is a wonderful experience that nurtures the parent-child connection. Classes will focus on movements that are beneficial for babies, along with some postures for parents. Through gentle guided movement, massage, and song, parents will bond with their infant while encouraging emotional and physical development. No prior yoga experience is required. Baby Yoga classes are a safe place to share and connect with other new parents in a supportive community.

For the best experience, we suggest babies begin this class anytime after 6 weeks postpartum and may continue until they begin crawling.
