The Yoga Gnome kids classes offer a complete, age-appropriate Yoga practice including stretching and strengthening poses (asanas), breathing (pranayama) instruction, relaxation techniques, and meditation. The classes are filled with music, games, laughter, and imagination! The secret “ingredient” is playfulness, keeping your child motivated, excited, and moving all while having fun.
These are not your typical adult yoga classes – it’s “real” yoga but in a kid-friendly way that gets children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping, limbo-ing, and storytelling all while practicing Yoga. We tailor our classes to the ages of the participants- older kids are offered more “grown-up” yoga with challenging flows and poses, while little ones often need to move their bodies and switch between activities a little faster.

Designed specifically as a 75-minute drop-off experience, this class gives growing preschoolers the space to build confidence, explore their senses, and practice independence in a safe, nurturing environment.
Our journey begins with a playful, imagination-filled yoga session where we climb tall trees, leap across sparkling streams, and practice mindful breathing. Gnome& Me: Tot Yoga
( Ages: Crawlers to 2.5)
Tot Yoga is all about simple, joyful movement—stretching, rolling, jumping, balancing, and trying new shapes. In this curiosity-led class, toddlers and young preschoolers step into a playful space designed just for their growing bodies and busy minds. Each child is encouraged to move at their own pace as we explore hands-on activities, movement games, musical moments, and beginner yoga shapes that support early coordination. Tots experience short bursts of guided play woven together with opportunities to imitate, explore, and repeat movements they love.
Caregivers stay close to offer comfort and encouragement while allowing tots to experiment with early independence. The atmosphere is relaxed, sensory-friendly, and full of giggles, movement, and little moments of wonder.
