Custom-made classes are just a form/ phone call away. Book a Gnomey and Me class, a family yoga, a class for your pod, your troop, your sport's team, or/and school. So many great options and themes to choose from. All classes include yoga and mindfulness, breathing, games, and relaxation techniques. Adi knows how to make yoga fun and appropriate for my eight years old. My daughter went into this session thinking she didn’t like yoga and walked away so excited to start the next session. Adi was able to not only teach the children yoga poses but kept them fully engaged with a practice set to the perfect pace for an eight-year-old.
